A compound of general formula (I), or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt, isomer, prodrug or solvate thereof:
- wherein
- R1 is selected from the group consisting of substituted or unsubstituted alkyl, substituted or unsubstituted cycloalkyl, substituted or unsubstituted cycloalkylalkyl, substituted or unsubstituted alkenyl, substituted or unsubstituted aryl, substituted or unsubstituted arylalkyl, substituted or unsubstituted heteroaryl, substituted or unsubstituted heteroarylalkyl, substituted or unsubstituted non-aromatic heterocyclyl, and substituted or unsubstituted non-aromatic heterocyclylalkyl;
- R2 and R3, which may be identical or different, are selected from the group consisting of hydrogen, substituted or unsubstituted alkyl, substituted or unsubstituted cycloalkyl, substituted or unsubstituted cycloalkylalkyl, and substituted or unsubstituted alkenyl;
- or
- R2 and R3, together with the bridging nitrogen atom to which they are attached, form a substituted or unsubstituted non-aromatic heterocyclyl.
