Abstract
A composite cable includes an electric cable consisting of two unshielded power wires, each of which includes a center conductor covered with an insulation, the electric cable being configured to be connected to an electric parking brake mechanism for preventing rotation of wheels after stopping a vehicle, a sensor cable consisting of two unshielded signal wires, each of which includes a center conductor covered with an insulation, the sensor cable being configured to be connected to an ABS sensor for measuring a rotation speed of the wheels during running of the vehicle, and a common outer sheath collectively covering the electric cable and the sensor cable. The two unshielded signal wires contact with each other.
Claims18
A composite cable, comprising:
- an electric cable consisting of two unshielded power wires, each of which comprises a center conductor covered with an insulation, the electric cable being configured to be connected to an electric parking brake mechanism for preventing rotation of wheels after stopping a vehicle;
- a sensor cable consisting of two unshielded signal wires, each of which comprises a center conductor covered with an insulation, the sensor cable being configured to be connected to an ABS sensor for measuring a rotation speed of the wheels during running of the vehicle;
- and
- a common outer sheath collectively covering the electric cable and the sensor cable,
- wherein the two unshielded signal wires contact with each other, and
- wherein an outer diameter of each of the power wires is different from an outer diameter of each of the signal wires.
A composite cable, comprising:
- an electric cable consisting of two unshielded power wires, each of which comprises a center conductor covered with an insulation, the electric cable being configured to be connected to an electric parking brake mechanism for preventing rotation of wheels after stopping a vehicle;
- a sensor cable consisting of two unshielded signal wires, each of which comprises a center conductor covered with an insulation, the sensor cable being configured to be connected to an ABS sensor for measuring a rotation speed of the wheels during running of the vehicle;
- a common outer sheath collectively covering the electric cable and the sensor cable;
- and
- a common inner sheath covering the two unshielded signal wires,
- wherein an outer diameter of each of the power wires is different from an outer diameter of each of the signal wires.
A composite cable, comprising:
- an electric cable comprising a plurality of unshielded power wires, each of which comprises a center conductor covered with an insulation, the electric cable being configured to be connected to an electric parking brake mechanism for preventing rotation of wheels after stopping a vehicle;
- a sensor cable comprising a plurality of unshielded signal wires, each of which comprises a center conductor covered with an insulation, the sensor cable being configured to be connected to an ABS sensor for measuring a rotation speed of the wheels during running of the vehicle;
- and
- a common outer sheath collectively covering the electric cable and the sensor cable and being interposed between the electric cable and the sensor cable,
- wherein an outer diameter of each of the power wires is different from an outer diameter of each of the signal wires, and
- wherein the electric cable and the sensor cable are covered with a paper, a fabric, or a resin tape, the common outer sheath further covering the paper, the fabric, or the resin tape.
