Differentiation of traffic flows for uplink transmission

An apparatus, comprising:

• at least one processor;
• and
• at least one memory including computer program code, wherein the at least one memory and the computer program code are configured to, with the at least one processor, cause the apparatus to perform at least the following:
• receive at least one traffic flow;
• receive at least one quality of service indication associated with the at least one traffic flow, wherein the received at least one quality of service indication associated with the at least one traffic flow comprises a traffic flow level quality of service indication and a bearer level quality of service indication;
• create binding of the received at least one quality of service indication and information associated with the received at least one traffic flow;
• and
• assign a quality of service indication to a data packet for transmission based at least in part on the created binding.

An apparatus, comprising:

• at least one processor;
• and
• at least one memory including computer program code, wherein the at least one memory and the computer program code are configured to, with the at least one processor, cause the apparatus to perform at least the following:
• receive at least one traffic flow;
• receive at least one quality of service indication associated with the at least one traffic flow, wherein the received at least one quality of service indication associated with the at least one traffic flow comprises a traffic flow level quality of service indication and a bearer level quality of service indication;
• and
• send the at least one traffic flow and the at least one quality of service indication associated with the at least one traffic flow.
