TFT array substrate, display panel and display device

A display panel comprising a TFT array substrate, wherein the TFT array substrate comprises:

• a substrate;
• a display area disposed on the substrate;
• and
• a peripheral area surrounding the display area and disposed on the substrate, the peripheral area comprising:
• a signal line;
• and
• a shielding layer disposed on the signal line and covering the signal line, the shielding layer shielding the display area against electromagnetic interference (EMI) caused by a signal outputted by the signal line,
• wherein, the peripheral area further comprises an integrated circuit or a flexible printed circuit electrically connected to the substrate, and the electric potential of the shielding layer being provided by the integrated circuit or the flexible printed circuit.

A display device comprising a display panel, the display panel comprising a TFT array substrate, wherein the TFT array substrate comprise:

• a substrate;
• a display area disposed on the substrate;
• and
• a peripheral area surrounding the display area and disposed on the substrate, the peripheral area comprising:
• a signal line;
• and
• a shielding layer disposed on the signal line and covering the signal line, the shielding layer shielding the display area against electromagnetic interference (EMI) caused by a signal outputted by the signal line,
• wherein, the peripheral area further comprises an integrated circuit or a flexible printed circuit electrically connected to the substrate, and the electric potential of the shielding layer being provided by the integrated circuit or the flexible printed circuit.
