Abstract
Provided are a solid-phase carrier for solid-phase synthesis of nucleic acid having improved amino group reactivity, and an aminated oligonucleotide to which an amino group has been attached. The present invention relates to an aminated oligonucleotide represented by formula (I).
Claims10
An aminated oligonucleotide represented by the following formula I:
- wherein
- PG1a and PG1b are each independently a hydrogen atom or a protective group for the amino group, or
- PG1a and PG1b together form a protective group for the amino group;
- R2 is ethylene;
- R3 is an unsubstituted divalent aliphatic hydrocarbon group having 2 to 15 members in the main chain;
- and
- A is an oligonucleotide.

A solid-phase carrier represented by the following formula IV:
- wherein
- X is a carrier material;
- R1a is a direct bond or a divalent group, and
- R1b is a hydrogen atom, or
- R1a and R1b together form a group bound to X and the amino group;
- R2 is ethylene;
- R3 is an unsubstituted divalent aliphatic hydrocarbon group having 2 to 15 members in the main chain;
- and
- R4 is a protective group for the hydroxy group.

An aminated oligonucleotide probe represented by the following formula Ib:
- wherein
- M1a and M1b are each independently a hydrogen atom or a group derived from a probe molecule, or
- M1a and M1b together form a group derived from a probe molecule;
- R2 is ethylene;
- R3 is an unsubstituted divalent aliphatic hydrocarbon group having 2 to 15 members in the main chain;
- and
- A is an oligonucleotide.
