Abstract
An aqueous black ink composition that can form black recorded images having excellent light resistance and water resistance, in particular, being hardly discolored by light. The aqueous ink composition contains, as colorants, at least both a compound represented by Formula (1) or its salt or a mixture thereof and a colorant having a maximum absorption wavelength λmax in a range of 560 to 680 nm and having a phthalocyanine skeleton. In Formula (1), R1, R2, R5, R6 and R7 each independently represent, for example, a hydrogen atom, a carboxy group, a sulfo group, or a nitro group; R3 and R4 each independently represent, for example, a hydrogen atom or a sulfo group; and n represents 0 or 1.
Claims10
An aqueous ink composition comprising at least, as colorants, both a compound represented by Formula (1) or its salt or a mixture thereof and a colorant having a maximum absorption wavelength λmax in a range of 560 to 680 nm and having a phthalocyanine skeleton,
- wherein R1, R2, R5, R6, and R7 each independently represents a group selected from the group consisting of a hydrogen atom, a halogen atom, a cyano group, a hydroxy group, a carboxy group, a sulfo group, a sulfamoyl group, a nitro group, an alkoxy group optionally having a substituent, an alkylsulfonyl group optionally having a substituent, an alkyl group, an arylsulfamoylamino group optionally having a substituent, and an alkylcarbonylamino group;
- R3 and R4 each independently represents a group selected from the group consisting of a hydrogen atom, a halogen atom, a cyano group, a sulfo group, a carboxy group, a nitro group, an alkoxy group optionally having a substituent, and an alkyl group;
- and
