Abstract
The present invention relates to derivatives of N-urea substituted amino acids, processes for preparing them, pharmaceutical compositions containing them and their use as pharmaceuticals as modulators of the N-formyl peptide 2 receptor.

A compound represented by Formula I, its enantiomers, diastereoisomers, tautomers, hydrates, solvates or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof:
- wherein:
- R1 is halogen, —CF3 or —S(O)nR8;
- R2 is optionally substituted C1-8 alkyl, optionally substituted C3-8 cycloalkyl, optionally substituted heterocycle, optionally substituted C3-8 cycloalkyl, optionally substituted C6-10 aryl, optionally substituted C3-8 cycloalkenyl;
- R3 is H, optionally substituted C1-8 alkyl, optionally substituted C3-8 cycloalkyl, optionally substituted heterocycle, optionally substituted C3-8 cycloalkyl, optionally substituted C6-10 aryl, optionally substituted C3-8 cycloalkenyl;
- R4 is optionally substituted C1-8 alkyl, optionally substituted C3-8 cycloalkyl, optionally substituted heterocycle, optionally substituted C3-8 cycloalkyl, optionally substituted C6-10 aryl, optionally substituted C3-8 cycloalkenyl;
- R5 is H, optionally substituted C1-8 alkyl, optionally substituted C3-8 cycloalkyl, optionally substituted heterocycle, optionally substituted C3-8 cycloalkyl, optionally substituted C6-10 aryl, optionally substituted C3-8cycloalkenyl;
- R6 is H, optionally substituted C1-8 alkyl, optionally substituted C3-8 cycloalkyl, optionally substituted heterocycle, optionally substituted C3-8 cycloalkyl, optionally substituted C6-10 aryl, optionally substituted C3-8 cycloalkenyl;
- R7 is H, optionally substituted C1-8 alkyl, optionally substituted C3-8 cycloalkyl, optionally substituted heterocycle, optionally substituted C3-8 cycloalkyl, optionally substituted C6-10 aryl, optionally substituted C3-8 cycloalkenyl;
- R8 is hydrogen, CF3 or optionally substituted C1-8 alkyl;
- and
- n is 0, 1 or 2.
