Abstract
The present invention encompasses compounds of general formula (I) wherein the groups R1 to R3, X3 to X6 have the meanings given in the claims and in the specification. The compounds of the invention are suitable for the treatment of diseases characterized by excessive or abnormal cell proliferation pharmaceutical preparations containing such compounds and their uses as a medicament.
Claims16
A compound of formula (I)
- wherein,
- R1 is —C1-3alkyl or —C1-3haloalkyl;
- R2 is hydrogen or —C1-3alkyl, or
- R2 is 4-7 membered heterocycloalkyl, wherein the heterocycloalkyl group can be optionally and independently substituted with one or more groups independently selected from the group consisting of —C1-3alkyl, —C(O)(C1-3alkyl)2 and —S(O)2(C1-3alkyl)2;
- R3 is —C1-4alkyl substituted with one or more groups independently selected from the group consisting of halogen, —C1-2haloalkyl, —O—C1-3alkyl, —O—C1-3halolkyl, 4-7 membered heterocycloalkyl, and —C3-7 cycloalkyl;
- X3 is —CH═ or —N═;
- X4 is —CR4═ or —N═;
- X5 is —CR5═ or —N═;
- X6 is —CH═ or —N═;
- wherein none, one or two X3 to X6 can be —N═;
- R4 is selected from the group consisting of hydrogen, halogen, —CN, —NH2, —O—C1-3alkyl, —N(C1-3alkyl)2, —C(O)N(C1-3alkyl)2 and —C1-5alkyl, wherein the —C1-5alkyl group can be optionally and independently substituted with one or more groups independently selected from the group consisting of halogen and —CN, or
- R4 is 4-7 membered heterocycloalkyl, wherein the heterocycloalkyl group can be optionally and independently substituted with one or more —C1-3alkyl, or
- R4 is a —C3-6cycloalkyl wherein the cycloalkyl group can be optionally and independently substituted with one or more groups independently selected from the group consisting of C1-3alkyl, —C1-3haloalkyl and halogen;
- R5 is hydrogen, halogen, or —N(C1-3alkyl)2, or
- R5 is 4-7 membered heterocycloalkyl, wherein the heterocycloalkyl group is optionally and independently substituted with one or more —C1-3alkyl;
- wherein R4 and R5 cannot be both hydrogen;
- or when X4 is —CR4 and X5 is —CR5, R4 and R5 together can form 5 membered heterocycloalkyl selected from the group consisting of
- R7 is —C1-3alkyl or —C1-3haloalkyl;
- R8 is —C1-3alkyl or —C1-3haloalkyl;
- R9 is —C1-3alkyl or —C1-3haloalkyl;
- or a salt thereof.
