Abstract
The present invention relates to a process for producing colored plastics molding compositions with aqueous liquid colors, where an aqueous liquid color is added to a molten plastics molding composition. The present invention also describes a system for conducting the said process.
Claims16
A process or producing a color plastic molding composition, the process comprising:
- adding an aqueous solution comprising a colorant and water to a molten plastic molding composition in an extruder, wherein the extruder comprises one or more vent zones, and the aqueous solution is added after all of the one or more vent zones.
