Abstract
The present invention relates to an aqueous ophthalmic composition comprising (A) polyoxyethylene castor oil, (B) polyethylene glycol monostearate, and (C) at least one member selected from the group consisting of sesame oil, castor oil, vitamin A, and chlorobutanol.
Claims18
An aqueous ophthalmic composition, comprising
- (A) polyoxyethylene castor oil,
- (B) polyethylene glycol monostearate, and
- (C) at least one member selected from the group consisting of sesame oil, castor oil, vitamin A, and chlorobutanol,
- wherein a concentration ratio of the (A) polyoxyethylene castor oil to the (B) polyethylene glycol monosterate in the composition is from 4:1 to 1:5, and
- total content of component (C) is 0.01 to 10 parts by weight based on 1 part by weight of total content of component (A).
