A preparing method of an array substrate, the array substrate comprising:

• a substrate, a gate line and a data line disposed on the substrate, a protective layer covering the gate line and/or the data line, and a light converging structure disposed on the protective layer over the gate line and/or the data line, the method comprising:
• forming the gate line and the data line on the substrate;
• forming the protective layer on the gate line and the data line;
• and
• forming the light converging structure on the protective layer over the gate line and/or data line, wherein the light converging structure is configured in a single convex lens structure, and wherein a black matrix corresponding to the gate line and the data line is disposed at a focal plane of the single convex lens structure.
