Abstract
Disclosed is an antibody which binds to quetiapine, which can be used to detect quetiapine in a sample such as in a competitive immunoassay method. The antibody can be used in a lateral flow assay device for point-of-care detection of quetiapine, including multiplex detection of aripiprazole, quetiapine, olanzapine, and risperidone in a single lateral flow assay device.
Claims20
An isolated antibody or a binding fragment thereof, which specifically binds to quetiapine and which said isolated antibody or binding fragment thereof comprises an amino acid sequence selected from the group consisting of:
- a) the isolated antibody or the binding fragment thereof comprising a light chain variable region comprising the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:19, SEQ ID NO:23 or SEQ ID NO:27, and a heavy chain variable region;
- b) the isolated antibody or the binding fragment thereof comprising a light chain variable region, and a heavy chain variable region comprising the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:20, SEQ ID NO:24 or SEQ ID NO:28;
- c) the isolated antibody or the binding fragment thereof comprising a light chain variable region having the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:19 and a heavy chain variable region having the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:20;
- d) the isolated antibody or the binding fragment thereof comprising a light chain variable region having the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:23 and a heavy chain variable region having the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:24;
- and
- e) the isolated antibody or the binding fragment thereof comprising a light chain variable region having the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:27 and a heavy chain variable region having the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:28.
