Abstract
The present invention relates to an organic light emitting device, and the organic light emitting device according to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention includes a blue subpixel that is larger than a red subpixel and a green subpixel. The red subpixel and the green subpixel have the same layered structure such that the red subpixel and the green subpixel are formed by using the same shadow mask.
Claims6
A method for manufacturing an organic light emitting device, comprising:
- forming a plurality of pixel electrodes on a substrate;
- forming a red organic light emitting member, a green organic light emitting member, and a blue organic light emitting member on the pixel electrodes, and
- forming a common electrode on the organic light emitting members,
- wherein the red organic light emitting member and the green organic light emitting member are formed simultaneously with a same layered structure and a same thickness during the same process.
