A mutation detection probe comprising a fluorescent dye and an oligonucleotide,
- wherein the oligonucleotide consists of an oligonucleotide selected from the group consisting of SEQ ID NO:
- 5, 6, 7, 9 and 10, and
- the nucleotide bases at the first position from the 3′ end of SEQ ID NO:
- 5, 6 and 10, and at the first position from the 5′ end of SEQ ID NO:
- 7 and 9 are labeled with the fluorescent dye.
