Printing system and control method thereof

A method of controlling a printing system comprising a printing unit configured to print an image on a sheet and a post-processing unit configured to perform C-folding for the sheet, the sheet being folded into three pieces, on which the printing unit has printed the image, the method comprising

• notifying a user of a size of a candidate for a sheet on which the post-processing unit can perform the C-folding in a case where the C-folding is to be performed by the post-processing unit.

A non-transitory computer-readable storage medium storing a control program for a printing system comprising a printing unit configured to print an image on a sheet and a post-processing unit configured to perform C-folding for the sheet, the sheet being folded into three pieces, on which the printing unit has printed the image,

• wherein said control program, when executed, performs a method comprising
• notifying a user of a candidate for a size of a sheet on which the post-processing unit can perform the C-folding in a case where the C-folding is to be performed by the post-processing unit.

A printing apparatus connectable with a post-processing unit which performs C-folding for a sheet, the sheet being folded into three pieces, on which the printing apparatus has printed the image, the apparatus comprising:

• a printing unit configured to print an image on a sheet;
• and
• a notification unit configured to notify a user of a candidate for a size of a sheet on which the post-processing unit can perform the C-folding in a case where the C-folding is to be performed by the post-processing unit.

A method of controlling a printing apparatus connectable with a post-processing unit which performs C-folding for a sheet, the sheet being folded into three pieces, on which the printing apparatus has printed the image, the method comprising

• notifying a user of a candidate for a size of a sheet on which the post-processing unit can perform the C-folding in a case where the C-folding is to be performed by the post-processing unit.

A non-transitory computer-readable storage medium storing a control program for a printing apparatus connectable with a post-processing unit which performs C-folding for a sheet, the sheet being folded into three pieces, on which the printing apparatus has printed the image,

• wherein said control program, when executed, performs a method comprising notifying a user of a candidate for a size of a sheet on which the post-processing unit can perform the C-folding in a case where the C-folding is to be performed by the post-processing unit.
