Abstract
This invention relates to a paper substrate containing high surface sizing and low internal sizing and having high dimensional stability, as well as methods of making and using the composition.
Claims38
A paper substrate, comprising
- a plurality of cellulose fibers;
- and
- a sizing agent;
- wherein
- the paper substrate has a basis weight of at least 10 lbs/3000 square feet;
- and wherein the paper substrate has a hygroexpansivity of from 0.6 to 1.5%, a CD Internal Scott Bond of not more than 350 ft-lbs×10−3/in2 and/or an MD Internal Scott Bond of not more than 350 ft-lbs×10−3/in2.
