Anti-ricin antibodies and uses thereof

An isolated or purified antibody or fragment thereof comprising a variable chain comprising a CDR L1 of sequence KASQDVTAAVA (SEQ ID NO:4), a CDR L2 of sequence SASYRYT (SEQ ID NO:8), and a CDR L3 of sequence QQYYNTPLT (SEQ ID NO:12);

• and a variable heavy chain comprising CDR H1 of sequence EHIIN (SEQ ID NO:16), a CDR H2 of sequence LINPNSGGTNYNQKFKD (SEQ ID NO:20), and a CDR H3 of sequence LRYDAAY (SEQ ID NO:24), wherein the isolated or purified antibody or fragment thereof specifically binds ricin toxin lectin-B protein.
