A compound of Formula II:
- or a compound of Formula III:
- or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, wherein
- R1 is H or lower alkyl;
- R2 is H or lower alkyl;
- and
- R3 is biphenyl, pyridine, pyrimidine, oxazine, oxathiazine,
- or
- each of which may be optionally substituted or R3 is substituted alkylaryl;
- wherein the alkyl of the alkylaryl is comprised of 2 to 8 carbon atoms.
