Abstract
A functional training kit includes a box and a plurality of components adapted to fit within the box. At least some of the components and the box are adapted such that the at least some of the components are attachable to the outside of the box to provide at least one functional training rig attached to the outside of the box. The box can comprise an ISO shipping container and the functional training rig is adapted to be supportable, both by the box and by the ground.

A functional training rig secured to a box, the box positioned on a ground surface, the functional training rig comprising a plurality of components adapted to fit within the box, at least one of the plurality of components attached to an outside of the box such that a portion of the functional training rig is attached to the outside of the box positioned on the ground surface, wherein the box comprises an ISO shipping container, wherein the functional training rig is supported both by the outside of the box and by the ground surface, wherein the functional training rig comprises a plurality of horizontal components of said plurality of components secured to a vertical outside wall of the box, each of the horizontal components projecting horizontally from the vertical outside wall of the box and connected to one of a plurality of respective vertical components of said plurality of components which engage the ground surface, and wherein the functional training rig comprises a bar extending parallel to the outside wall of the box and horizontally interconnecting a first one of said horizontal components projecting horizontally from the outside wall of the box and a first respective one of said vertical components with a second one of said horizontal components projecting horizontally from the outside wall of the box and a second respective one of said vertical components, and wherein the functional training rig comprises a plurality of cantilever components, each of the plurality of cantilever components supported by a respective one of the first and second respective vertical components, and a plurality of horizontal bars interconnecting adjacent cantilever components of the plurality of cantilever components.
A functional training rig kit comprising a box and a plurality of components adapted to fit within the box, at least one of the plurality of components is attachable to an outside of the box to provide at least one functional training rig attached to the outside of the box when the box is positioned on a ground surface, wherein the box comprises an ISO shipping container, wherein the functional training rig is adapted to be supported both by the outside of the box and by the ground surface, wherein the functional training rig comprises a plurality of horizontal components of said plurality of components securable to a vertical outside wall of the box to project horizontally therefrom, each of the horizontal components connectable with one of a plurality of respective vertical components of said plurality of components, wherein each of the vertical components are engageable with the ground surface, wherein the functional training rig comprises a bar extending parallel to the outside wall of the box and is adapted to horizontally interconnect a first one of said horizontal components projecting horizontally from the vertical outside wall of the box and a first respective one of said vertical components with a second one of said horizontal components projecting horizontally from the vertical outside wall of the box and a second respective one of said vertical components, and wherein the functional training rig comprises a plurality of cantilever components, each of the cantilever components supportable by a respective one of the first and second respective vertical components, and a plurality of horizontal bars each interconnectable between adjacent cantilever components of the plurality of cantilever components.
