Kinase inhibitors for the treatment of cancer

A method for the treatment of one or more cancers, the method comprising administering a therapeutically effective amount of a compound of formula (I):

• or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt, solvate or prodrug thereof to a patient in need thereof, wherein
• i) R1 is alkyl, —CF3 or —CN and R4 is selected from H, alkyl, halogen, alkoxy, —CF3, —OCF3, —SO2—CF3, —SO—CF3 or —S—CF3;
• or ii) R4 is H, alkyl, halogen, alkoxy,—S—CF3, —SOCF3 or —SO2CF3 and R1 is selected from H, alkyl, halogen, —CF3 or —CN;
• R2 and R3 and R5 are each independently selected from H, alkyl, halogen, —CF3 or —CN;
• R6 is independently selected from H, alkyl, halogen, alkoxy, —CF3, —OCF3, —SO2CF3, —SO—CF3 or —S—CF3;
• X is heteroatom, N(alkyl) or NH;
• and
• n is 1 to 20 wherein the cancer is selected from ovarian cancer, breast cancer, colon cancer, mesothelioma, cervical cancer, prostate cancer, skin cancer, glioma, liposarcoma, fibrosarcoma and leukemia.
