Abstract
The present invention concerns a coating wax for food product, comprising at least one block copolymer formed of at least one block polymer (A) derived from the polymerization of at least two monomers (MA), the same or different, derived from long chain fatty acids, the said long chain comprising 14 to 34 carbon atoms; and of at least one block polymer (B), different from (A), derived from the polymerization of at least two monomers (MB), the same or different, derived from short chain fatty acids.
Claims22
A coating wax for food product, comprising at least one block copolymer formed of:
- at least one block polymer (A) derived from the polymerization of at least two monomers (MA), the same or different, derived from long chain fatty acids, the said long chain comprising 14 to 34 carbon atoms, and of
- at least one block polymer (B), different from (A), derived from the polymerization of at least two monomers (MB), the same or different, derived from short chain fatty acids having carbon atoms selected from the group consisting of C8, C9, C10 or C12;
- said coating wax containing no water.
