Information processing system and power supply controlling method

An information processing system comprising:

• a relaying device on a first network;
• and
• an information processing device on a second network different from the first network, the information processing device sending a request to a power supply connection device that provides an electric device, on the second network, with electric power,
• wherein the relaying device comprises:
• a request receiving unit that receives a request from a terminal device to the information processing device, the terminal device being remote from, and in wireless connection with, the relaying device and the information processing device via the first network;
• and
• a request providing unit that provides the request received from the terminal device to the information processing device as a reply to an inquiry from the information processing device, and
• wherein the information processing device comprises:
• a request obtaining unit that receives the request from the terminal device via the relaying device;
• and
• a request unit that sends, to the power supply connection device, the request received from the terminal device.
