Electric motor control device

An electric motor control device comprising:

• a target rotation speed setting unit configured to set a target rotation speed of an electric motor;
• a rotation speed estimation unit configured to calculate an estimated corrected rotation speed of the electric motor;
• and
• a drive command signal generation unit coupled to the target rotation speed setting unit and the rotation speed estimation unit and configured to generate a drive command signal for the electric motor so as to eliminate a rotation speed difference between the target rotation speed set by the target rotation speed setting unit and the estimated corrected rotation speed calculated by the rotation speed estimation unit,
• the rotation speed estimation unit including:
• an error calculation unit configured to calculate an angle estimation error related to rotation of the electric motor;
• a speed calculation unit configured to calculate an estimated rotation speed of the electric motor based on the angle estimation error calculated by the error calculation unit;
• an estimated corrected rotation speed calculation unit in which a first peak filter is used to calculate a correction value based on the angle estimation error calculated by the error calculation unit,
• wherein the estimated corrected rotation speed calculated by the rotation speed estimation unit is calculated based on the estimated rotation speed calculated by the speed calculation unit and the correction value calculated by the estimated corrected rotation speed calculation unit.
