A light emitting device using a graphene quantum dot, comprising:
- a graphene quantum dot and an organic light emitting material which is chemically or physically hybridized with the graphene quantum dot, wherein the organic light emitting material is hybridized with the graphene quantum dot by a covalent bond or π-π stacking.
