Inhibitors of cytomegalovirus

A compound of Formula (I) or racemate, enantiomer, diastereomer or tautomer thereof:

• wherein
• R1 is S or O;
• R1A is CH or N;
• Ring Z is selected from the group consisting of phenyl, pyridine and pyridinone, wherein said phenyl, pyridine and pyridinone are each optionally mono-, di- or tri-substituted with (C1-6)alkyl or —O—(C1-6)alkyl;
• Ring Y is selected from the group consisting of imidazole, triazole and pyridine, wherein said imidazole, triazole and pyridine are each optionally mono-, di- or tri- substituted with halo, —CN, OH, —O—(C1-6)alkyl, —C(═O)NH2, (C1-6)haloalkyl, (C2-6)alkenyl, (C2-6)alkynyl or (C1-6)alkyl optionally mono- or di-substituted with OH, —C(═O)NH2, —C(═O)OH, Y1, —O—(C1-6)alkyl-Y1 or —N(H)—(C1-6)alkyl)-Y1;
• Y1 is aryl, heterocycle or heteroaryl, wherein said aryl, heterocycle or heteroaryl are each optionally mono-, di- or tri-substituted with halo, —CN, OH, —O—(C1-6)alkyl, (C1-6)haloalkyl or (C1-6)alkyl;
• R2 is absent, (C1-6)alkyl, (C3-7)cycloalkyl, —O, *—N(R2A)—C(═O)— §, *—N(R2A)—C(═O)—(C3-7)cycloalkyl-§, *—N(R2A)—C(═O)—(C1-6)alkyl-§ (wherein, when necessary, the site of attachment to the Y ring is indicated with an * and the site of attachment to the phenyl ring is indicated with a §);
• wherein each said alkyl is optionally mono-, di- or tri-substituted with substituents independently selected from the group consisting of OH, —O—(C1-6)alkyl, —O-aryl and —O—(C1-6)alkyl-aryl;
• R2A is H or (C1-6)alkyl;
• R3 is halo, (C1-6)haloalkyl, —CN, OH, —O—(C1-6)alkyl or (C1-6)alkyl,
• wherein each said alkyl is optionally mono- or di-substituted with OH, C(═O)OH, aryl, heterocycle or heteroaryl;
• n is 0, 1, 2 or 3;
• or a salt thereof.
