Sustained-release preparation of ivabradine or pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof

A sustained release preparation of ivabradine or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, comprising ivabradine or the pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof and sustained release skeleton materials, wherein the sustained release skeleton materials are one or more selected from the group consisting of polyoxyethylene and a mixture of polyvinyl acetate and polyvinylpyrrolidone, such that the sustained release preparation prolongs in vivo retention time of ivabradine for up to at least about twelve hours, and wherein the sustained release preparation is prepared by a process comprising a direct compression tabletting process or granulation tabletting process.
