A compound of Formula (I-A):
- or a salt thereof,
- wherein
- is a single or double bond;
- W is S;
- X is N;
- Y is N;
- Z is C;
- R1 is C1-C6 alkyl substituted with pyrrolidinyl optionally substituted with methyl or methoxy;
- R2 and R3 are hydrogen;
- R4 is pyrazolyl optionally substituted with methyl;
- R5 is hydrogen.
