Abstract
Provided is a hydrogen peroxide sensitive metal nanoparticle including: a metal nanoparticle including a biocompatible metal and a hydrogen peroxide reactive ion which is bonded to a surface of the metal nanoparticle and is oxidized by hydrogen peroxide.
Claims24
A hydrogen peroxide sensitive metal nanoparticle comprising:
- a metal nanoparticle including a biocompatible metal;
- and
- a hydrogen peroxide reactive ion which is bonded to a surface of the metal nanoparticle and is capable of being oxidized by hydrogen peroxide, and
- the hydrogen peroxide sensitive metal nanoparticle forms an agglomerate with other hydrogen peroxide sensitive metal nanoparticles after a reaction with hydrogen peroxide, and
- wherein the hydrogen peroxide reactive ion is adsorbed onto the metal nanoparticle, and the hydrogen peroxide reactive ion comprises an iodide ion, I−.
