Abstract
Recombinant vectors comprise simian adenovirus A1302 (SAdV-A1302, SAdV-A1320, SAdV-A1331, and/or SAdV-A1337 sequences and a heterologous gene under the control of regulatory sequences. A cell line which expresses simian adenovirus SAdV-A1302, SAdV-A1320, SAdV-A1331, and/or SAdV-A1337 gene(s) is also disclosed. Methods of using the vectors and cell lines are provided.
Claims17
An adenovirus having a capsid comprising a hexon protein, a penton protein, and a fiber protein, wherein said hexon protein is the hexon protein of SAdV-A1337 with the amino acids 1 to 931 of SEQ ID NO:
- 86, and wherein said penton protein is the penton protein of SAdV-A1337 with the amino acids 1 to 532 of SEQ ID NO:
- 81,
- said capsid encapsidating a heterologous nucleic acid comprising a gene operably linked to expression control sequences which direct transcription, translation, and/or expression thereof in a host cell.
An adenovirus having a capsid comprising a hexon protein, a penton protein, and a fiber protein, wherein said hexon protein is the hexon protein of SAdV-A1337 with the amino acids 1 to 931 of SEQ ID NO:
- 86, and wherein said fiber protein is the fiber protein of SAdV-A1337 with the amino acids 1 to 490 of SEQ ID NO:
- 96,
- said capsid encapsidating a heterologous nucleic acid comprising a gene operably linked to expression control sequences which direct transcription, translation, and/or expression thereof in a host cell.
