Abstract
An organic light emitting display device comprising a first electrode; a hole transport layer, an emitting layer and an electron transport layer disposed sequentially on the first electrode; and a second electrode formed on the electron transport layer, wherein the emitting layer comprises a host material comprising a calixarene compound represented by Chemical Formula (1) wherein, in the Chemical Formula (1), each of R1 to R4 is defined as in the specification.
Claims15
An organic light emitting display device, comprising:
- a first electrode;
- a hole transport layer, an emitting layer and an electron transport layer disposed sequentially on the first electrode;
- and
- a second electrode formed on the electron transport layer,
- wherein the emitting layer comprises a host material comprising a calixarene compound represented by Chemical Formula (1) and a dopant material,
- wherein, in the Chemical Formula (1), each of R1 to R4 independently represents one selected from the group consisting of a phenyl group, a biphenyl group, a naphthyl group, an anthracene group, a phenanthrene group, a pyrene group and a benzopyrene group which are unsubstituted or substituted with an aromatic group, an indole group or an indole group substituted with an aryl group, or a phenyl group substituted with 9-carbazole.
A method for manufacturing an organic light emitting display device, comprising:
- preparing a substrate having a switching device;
- forming a first electrode on the substrate;
- forming a hole transport layer, an emitting layer and an electron transport layer sequentially on the first electrode;
- and
- forming a second electrode on the electron transport layer,
- wherein the emitting layer is formed using a host material comprising a calixarene compound represented by Chemical Formula (1) and a dopant material,
- wherein, in the Chemical Formula (1), each of R1 to R4 independently represents one selected from the group consisting of a phenyl group, a biphenyl group, a naphthyl group, an anthracene group, a phenanthrene group, a pyrene group and a benzopyrene group which are unsubstituted or substituted with an aromatic group, an indole group or an indole group substituted with an aryl group, or a phenyl group substituted with 9-carbazole.
