Wireless communication system, base station apparatus, mobile station apparatus, wireless communication method and integrated circuit

A base station apparatus comprising:

• a reception circuitry that receives a random access preamble from a mobile station apparatus by using a physical random access channel in a primary cell or a secondary cell, and receives control information from the mobile station apparatus by using a physical uplink control channel in the primary cell;
• a transmission circuitry that transmits a downlink control information format including a transmission power control command for the physical uplink control channel to the mobile station apparatus by using a physical downlink control channel, and transmits a random access response corresponding to the random access preamble to the mobile station apparatus by using a physical downlink shared channel;
• and
• a scheduling circuitry which determines a value of the transmission power control command for the physical uplink control channel by regarding that the mobile station apparatus resets the accumulated first parameter, when the mobile station apparatus calculates a first parameter by accumulating a value indicated by the transmission power control command and configures transmission power for the physical uplink control channel in a sub-frame by using the first parameter, and the random access response for the primary cell is received by the mobile station apparatus.

A wireless communication method used in a mobile station apparatus, comprising:

• transmitting a random access preamble by using a physical random access channel in a primary cell or a secondary cell;
• transmitting control information by using a physical uplink control channel in the primary cell;
• receiving a downlink control information format including a transmission power control command for the physical uplink control channel by using a physical downlink control channel;
• receiving a random access response corresponding to the random access preamble by using a physical downlink shared channel;
• configuring transmission power for the physical uplink control channel in a sub-frame by using a first parameter that is calculated by accumulating a value indicated by the transmission power control command and by using a second parameter that is specified by a higher layer;
• and
• resetting the accumulated first parameter, when the random access response for the primary cell is received.

A wireless communication method used in a base station apparatus, comprising:

• receiving a random access preamble from a mobile station apparatus by using a physical random access channel in a primary cell or a secondary cell;
• receiving control information by using a physical uplink control channel in the primary cell from the mobile station apparatus;
• transmitting a downlink control information format including a transmission power control command for the physical uplink control channel to the mobile station apparatus by using a physical downlink control channel;
• and
• transmitting a random access response corresponding to the random access preamble to the mobile station apparatus by using a physical downlink shared channel;
• and
• determining a value of the transmission power control command for the physical uplink control channel by regarding that the mobile station apparatus resets the accumulated first parameter, when the mobile station apparatus calculates a first parameter by accumulating a value indicated by the transmission power control command and configures transmission power for the physical uplink control channel in a sub-frame by using the first parameter, and the random access response for the primary cell is received by the mobile station apparatus.
