Abstract
Provided is an organic light-emitting diode (OLED) display including: first and second plastic layers; a first barrier layer and a first intermediate layer each positioned between the first and second plastic layers; and an OLED layer formed on the second plastic layer. The first barrier layer comprises silicon nitride.
Claims8
An organic light-emitting diode (OLED) display comprising:
- first and second plastic layers;
- a first barrier layer and a first intermediate layer each positioned between the first and second plastic layers;
- and
- an OLED layer formed on the second plastic layer;
- and
- a second barrier layer formed on the second plastic layer;
- wherein the first barrier layer comprises silicon nitride;
- wherein the second barrier layer comprises silicon nitride;
- and
- wherein a density of the silicon nitride in the first barrier layer is lower than a density of the silicon nitride in the second barrier layer.
