Reaction absorber and semiconductor assembling system

A semiconductor assembling system, comprising:

• a reaction absorber, comprising:
• a unit base;
• a support fixed to the unit base;
• a counter mechanism provided with a first ball screw, a load unit moved in a predetermined direction by the first ball screw, a second ball screw that generates reactive force in a reverse direction to the predetermined direction and a driving unit equipped with a power source that drives the first ball screw and the second ball screw, wherein the power source is movable relative to the unit base;
• a supporting member that is provided to the support and supports the counter mechanism movably by the second ball screw;
• and
• a reaction absorbing unit having the support and supporting member,
• wherein the mass of the counter mechanism is movable in a reverse direction with respect to the mass of the load unit;
• and
• a processing head that assembles a semiconductor provided to the load unit of the reaction absorber;
• wherein the semiconductor is assembled by the processing head.
