Abstract
An electrostatic charge image developing toner includes a toner particle including a core particle containing a polyester resin and a coating layer containing a vinyl resin that coats the surface of the core particle, and an external additive that is formed of silica particles having an average circularity of from 0.75 to 0.9 and an average value of ratios of circle equivalent diameters Da obtained by a plane image analysis to the maximum height H obtained by a stereoscopic image analysis of more than 1.5 and less than 1.9.
Claims13
An electrostatic charge image developing toner comprising:
- a toner particle including a core particle containing a polyester resin and a coating layer containing a vinyl resin that coats the surface of the core particle;
- and
- an external additive that is formed of silica particles having an average circularity of from 0.88 to 0.89 and an average value of ratios of circle equivalent diameters Da obtained by a plane image analysis to the maximum height H obtained by a stereoscopic image analysis of more than 1.5 and less than 1.9.
