Integrated carbon electrode chips for the electric excitation of lanthanide chelates, and analytical methods using these chips

A method to electrically excite lanthanide-chelates in electrolyte solutions, wherein excitation is performed with voltage pulses with duration between 1 ns and 1000 s and frequency between 0.001 Hz-1200 MHz and amplitude between 1V-400V, in an electrochemical cell consisting of two electrodes, said electrodes being carbon paste electrodes, both of which can be used alternately as an anode or a cathode, and wherein the lanthanide-chelate is excited on cathode-electrode.
