Abstract
A method of operation of a navigation system includes: providing a project plan; creating a travel plan having a travel location based on the project plan; navigating to the travel location; and generating a notification at the travel location for displaying on a device.

A method of operation of a navigation system comprising:
- providing a project plan;
- extracting contextual information including contact information related to a resource name assigned in the project plan and preparation information about what to plan before a task is performed at a specified time at a travel location from an email, a document, a message, a file, a website, or a combination thereof;
- creating a travel plan having the travel location with a control unit based on the project plan;
- navigating to the travel location;
- determining a task status based on the travel location;
- and
- generating a notification, including the contextual information, at the travel location specified in the project plan including the task status for displaying on a device.
