Abstract
Provided are a method of enhancing radiation sensitivity by using miR-499b-5p and a method of treating a radiation resistant cancer including administering miR-499b-5p.

A method of treating a radiation resistant cancer, the method comprising:
- administering miR-499b-5p of SEQ. ID. NO. 1 to a subject in need thereof, and applying radiotherapy, wherein the cancer is breast cancer, lung cancer, or colon cancer.
