Abstract
The present invention relates to compound of formula (I): or pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof, wherein R1-R7, A and HET are as defined herein. The invention also relates to pharmaceutical compositions comprising these compounds, methods of using these compounds in the treatment of various diseases and disorders, processes for preparing these compounds and intermediates useful in these processes.
Claims9
A compound of formula I, wherein:
- A is carbon;
- R1 and R2 together with the carbon atom to which they are attached form a C3-10 carbocyclic ring, wherein each carbocycle is optionally independently substituted with one to two groups selected from C1-6 alkyl and halogen;
- R3 is a 5-11 membered heteroaryl ring containing one to three nitrogen, wherein the heteroaryl ring is optionally independently substituted with one to three groups selected from C1-5alkyl, —O—C1-5alkyl, C1-3 alkylhydroxy, halogen, hydroxy, amino, C1-6 alkylamino and C1-3 dialkylamino;
- R4 is hydrogen, C1-3 alkyl, halogen or nitrile;
- HET is indolyl
- R5, R6 and R7 are each independently selected from
- (a) —H,
- (b) —OH,
- (c) halogen,
- (d) —CN,
- (e) C1-6alkyl optionally substituted with one to three —OH, —O—C1-6alkyl, —N(R8)(R9), —O—C1-6alkyl-OH, —CO2R8, —C(O)N(R8)(R9) or —S(O)nC1-6alkyl, aryl optionally substituted with halogen, 5-11 membered heteroaryl ring optionally substituted with C1-4 alkyl-OH, 3-8 membered heterocycle optionally substituted with C1-4 alkyl,
- (f) —O—C1-6alkyl optionally substituted with 5-11 membered heteroaryl ring,
- (g) —O-heterocycle
- (h) —N(R8)(R9),
- (i) —S(O)nC1-6alkyl,
- (j) —S(O)naryl,
- (k) —CO2R8,
- (l) —C(O)N(R8)(R9),
- (m) —S(O)2N(R8)(R9),
- (n′) oxo,
- (o) —C(O)—C1-3 alkyl
- (p) C3-10 carbocycle,
- (q) a 3-10 membered heterocyclic group optionally substituted with one to three C1-6 alkyl groups,
- (r) a 5-11 membered heteroaryl group optionally substituted with one to three substituents selected from C1-4 alkyl, C1-4 alkyl-OH, —O—C1-4 alkyl, C1-4 alkyl-N(R8)(R9), C1-4 alkyl-C(O)N(R8)(R9), —N(R8)(R9) and halogen,
- (s) aryl optionally substituted with halogen;
- R8 and R9 are each independently selected from —H, —C1-6alkyl, —C(O)C1-6alkyl, and a 3-6 membered heterocyclic group, each of which is optionally independently substituted with one to three C1-6alkyl groups, —OH, —C(O)N(R10)(R11), —S(O)nC1-6alkyl, —S(O)nN(R10)(R11), CN, a 3-6 membered heterocyclic group which is optionally substituted with one to two groups selected from C1-3 alkyl, —OC1-6alkyl, and oxo;
