A compound having the structure of Formula (I):
- or a stereoisomer, hydrate, solvate or pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, wherein:
- X is S;
- Y is halogen;
- n is 0, or 1;
- G1 is C1-C6 alkyl;
- G2 is hydrogen;
- R2 is selected from halogen, —CN, alkyl, —CF3 or —CH2—(N-linked heterocycle);
- R4 is selected from alkoxy, or —SO2-alkyl,
- R3, R5 and R6 are each hydrogen;
- and
- R7 is H.
