Crystalline threo glycopyrronium chloride-monohydrate, consisting of (3R,2′S)- and (3S,2′R)-[(cyclopentylhydroxyphenylacetyl)oxy]-1,1-dimethylpyrrolidinium chloride monohydrate, having XRPD peaks using Cu-Kα radiation at 2θ degrees (±0.2°) of 5.40, 10.65, 14.88, 17.16, 18.47, and 18.69.
