Abstract
A free standing training bag comprising a base with three legs and an upper body mounted atop the base, where the upper body has at least one striking surface suitable for use in martial arts training. Both the upper body and the base may be padded, allowing the free standing training bag to be used as a combat simulator.
Claims16
A free standing training bag comprising:
- a base with a plurality of legs, where the base has at least one striking surface suitable for use in martial arts training, where the legs are capable of being folded downward for storage, where the legs each comprise an internal structure element surrounded by padding, where each of the internal structure elements has a protruding portion protruding upward from the base, and where the protruding portions of the internal structure elements are not connected to each other when the legs are folded;
- and
- an upper body mounted atop the base, where the upper body has at least one striking surface suitable for use in martial arts training;
- where the free standing training bag is fully padded with foam.
