Abstract
A novel maize variety designated PH1C3S and seed, plants and plant parts thereof. Methods for producing a maize plant that comprise crossing maize variety PH1C3S with another maize plant. Methods for producing a maize plant containing in its genetic material one or more traits introgressed into PH1C3S through backcross conversion and/or transformation, and to the maize seed, plant and plant part produced thereby. Hybrid maize seed, plant or plant part produced by crossing the variety PH1C3S or a locus conversion of PH1C3S with another maize variety.

A seed, plant, plant part, or cell of inbred maize variety PH1C3S, representative seed of said variety having been deposited under ATCC accession number PTA-122432.
A seed, plant, plant part, or cell of inbred maize variety PH1C3S, representative seed of said variety having been deposited under ATCC accession number PTA-122432, further comprising a locus conversions wherein said seed of inbred maize variety PH1C3S further comprising a locus conversion produces a plant which otherwise has essentially the same phenotypic characteristics as PH1C3S listed in Table 1 when grown in the same environmental conditions.
