Abstract
A pigmented skin care composition including a dermatologically acceptable carrier and at least a first and second interference pigment. The composition according to the invention is useful in improving the appearance of the skin and in particular in reducing the appearance of skin discontinuities.
Claims12
A skin care composition comprising:
- a dermatologically acceptable carrier;
- at least a first and a second interference pigment, wherein the total amount of interference pigments is from 1% to 4% by weight;
- wherein the chroma of the composition is greater than or equal to 3.7;
- and wherein the composition has a healthy skin color change value (HSCCV) of less than or equal to 2.4;
- and wherein the first interference pigment has a hue angle (h°) between 185°-215° and the second interference pigment has a hue angle (h°) between 80°-95°.
