Mobile display and advertising assembly

Apparatus comprising:

• a vehicle including a rear window, a rear view mirror, and a window opening extending around the rear window,
• a display mounting assembly;
• a display device attached to the vehicle by the display mounting assembly, wherein the display device is held within the window opening, wherein the display device includes an outer surface, upon which at least one message is displayed, facing outward from the vehicle and an inner surface facing inward, into the vehicle, and wherein the display device is disposed within the window opening;
• and
• a viewing system including a camera and a camera display screen, wherein the camera is connected to the vehicle for observation of an area, exterior to the vehicle, obstructed from a direct view of an operator of the vehicle by the display device within the window, wherein the camera display screen is disposed to extend along the inner surface of the display device, being visible to the operator of the vehicle through the rear view mirror providing a view of the obscured area exterior to the vehicle.
