Abstract
This invention provides an immunogenic composition including a soluble portion of a Mycoplasma hyopneumoniae (M.hyo) whole cell preparation, wherein the soluble portion of the M.hyo preparation is substantially free of both (i) IgG and (ii) immunocomplexes comprised of antigen bound to immunoglobulin.

An immunogenic composition comprising a soluble portion of a Mycoplasma hyopneumoniae (M.hyo) whole cell preparation, wherein the soluble portion of the M.hyo preparation comprises M.hyo-specific soluble protein antigens and is substantially free of insoluble material and both (i) IgG and (ii) immunocomplexes comprised of antigen bound to immunoglobulin.
A kit comprising:
- a bottle comprising an immunogenic composition including the soluble portion of a Mycoplasma hyopneumoniae (M.hyo) whole cell preparation, wherein the soluble portion of the M.hyo preparation comprises M.hyo-specific soluble protein antigens and is substantially free of insoluble material and both (i) IgG and (ii) antigen/immunoglobulin immunocomplexes.
