Stable needle shaped crystals of natamycin having a mean length of between 0.1 and 20 μm.
Claims34
Needle shaped crystals of α-natamycin produced by a method comprising dissolving α-natamycin in an aqueous solution comprising at least 90% water, at a pH of below 4 or at a pH ranged between 11 to 14, and then bringing the pH to neutral conditions, which are needle shaped crystals having a mean length of between 0.1 and 20 μm.
