Resin blend capable of forming a layer-separated structure and method of making layer-separated structure therefrom

A pellet having a layer-separated structure, comprising:

• a core including a first resin;
• and
• a shell including a second resin including a resin to which a fluorine or fluorine-substituted organic functional group is introduced and having a molecular weight distribution of 1 to 2.5 and a difference in surface energy from the first resin at 25° C. of 0.1 to 35 mN/m,
• wherein the second resin includes at least one resin selected from the group consisting of a (meth)acrylate-based resin, an epoxy-based resin, an oxetane-based resin, an isocyanate-based resin, a silicon-based resin and a copolymer thereof.

A resin article having a layer-separated structure in melt processing, comprising:

• a first resin layer including a first resin;
• a second resin layer including a second resin formed on the first resin layer;
• and
• an interface layer including the first resin and the second resin and formed between the first resin layer and the second resin layer,
• wherein the second resin includes a resin to which a fluorine or fluorine-substituted organic functional group is introduced and has a molecular weight distribution of 1 to 2.5 and a difference in surface energy from the first resin at 25° C. of 0.1 to 35 mN/m, and
• wherein the second resin includes at least one resin selected from the group consisting of a (meth)acrylate-based resin, an epoxy-based resin, an oxetane-based resin, an isocyanate-based resin, a silicon-based resin and a copolymer thereof.
