Abstract

The present invention relates to a wireless communication system, particularly, a method in which a terminal transmits control information in a CA-based wireless communication system and an apparatus for the method, the method comprising: configuring a first cell and a second cell having different subframe configurations, wherein the second cell has any one of UL-DL configuration #0 to #6; receiving a DC) format including a DAI field, for the second cell; and transmitting HARQ-ACK information relating to the downlink DCI format. For HARQ-ACK timing, in cases where a reference UL-DL configuration applied to the second cell is any one of UL-DL configurations #1 to #6, the DAI field is used in a process of transmitting the HARQ-ACK information. For HARQ-ACK timing, in cases where a reference UL-DL configuration applied to the second cell is #0, the DAI field is not used in a process of transmitting the HARQ-ACK information.

Dependent claims

A method for transmitting control information by a user equipment (UE) in a carrier aggregation (CA)-based wireless communication system, the UE configured with a first cell and a second cell having different UL-DL subframe configurations, the second cell being set to one of uplink-downlink (UL-DL) configurations #0 to #6, the method comprising:

receiving a downlink control information (DCI) having a DL DCI format comprising a downlink assignment index (DAI) field, for the second cell;
and
transmitting hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ)-acknowledgement (ACK) information related to the DCI using the DAI field and according to a HARQ-ACK timing that corresponds to a reference UL-DL configuration applied to the second cell if the reference UL-DL configuration is one of UL-DL configurations #1 to #6, and
transmitting the HARQ ACK information related to the DCI without using the DAI field and according to the HARQ-ACK timing that corresponds to the reference UL-DL configuration applied to the second cell if the reference UL-DL configuration is UL-DL configuration #0,
wherein subframe configurations according to the UL-DL configurations #0 to #6 are given as shown in the following table 1:

A user equipment (UE) used in a carrier aggregation (CA)-based wireless communication system, the UE configured with a first cell and a second cell having different UL-DL subframe configurations, the second cell being set to one of uplink-downlink (UL-DL) configurations #0 to #6, the UE comprising:

a radio frequency (RF) unit;
and
a processor operatively connected to the RF unit and configured to:
receive a downlink control information (DCI) having a DL DCI format comprising a downlink assignment index (DAI) field, for the second cell;
and
transmit hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ)-acknowledgement (ACK) information related to the DCI using the DAI field and according to a HARQ-ACK timing that corresponds to a reference UL-DL configuration applied to the second cell if the reference UL-DL configuration is one of UL-DL configurations #1 to #6, and
transmit the HARQ-ACK information related to the DCI without using the DAI field and according to the HARQ-ACK timing that corresponds to the reference UL-DL configuration applied to the second cell if the reference UL-DL configuration is UL-DL configuration #0,
wherein subframe configurations according to the UL-DL configurations #0 to #6are given as shown in the following table 1:
