An isolated anti-inflammatory antibody that binds to the N2 self-peptide, wherein the antibody comprises CDR1, CDR2 and CDR3 of the heavy chain variable region and CDR1, CDR2, and CDR3 of the light chain variable region of an antibody produced by the hybridoma having ATCC deposit number PTA-9392 or of an antibody produced by the hybridoma having ATCC deposit number PTA-9393.
