A construction panel comprising, a composition or a set and hardened form of the composition wherein the composition comprises a non-naturally occurring supplementary cementitious material (SCM) or a non-naturally occurring hydraulic cement, where the SCM or the hydraulic cement comprises at least 10% w/w vaterite and at least 1% w/w aragonite, wherein the composition has a carbon isotopic fractionation value (δ13C) of less than −12‰.
